Sarah Kelly B.Sc. (Hons) B.Physio (Hons) Member Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Sarah graduated with Honours from the University of Melbourne in 1999, and has been working within private practice in the Northern suburbs since 2000. Her areas of interest include the prevention and management of musculo-skeletal and spinal disorders, as well as rehabilitation.
Sarah has continued her education, and completed additional courses in dry needling, headache management (postural, neck and jaw related causes), kinesiology taping, Pilates and spinal mobilisation.
Sarah has a particular interest in headaches and postural issues which are becoming more prevalent in today's world of technology - most people are spending a significant portion of their day sitting and looking at a screen, and generally there is little thought about posture when this is occurring.
Often the key to management of issues is prevention and awareness, rather than finding a cure.
